I created this company because of my passion to motivate and educate others about health and fitness. I realized that not everyone is comfortable in a health club setting to receive the best personal training, and that is why I decided On Your Time Fitness is an excellent opportunity for clients to recieve Personal Training in their home at a reasonable cost.
I have worked in and around the fitness industry for over 8 years. Most of the time spent coaching collegiate field hockey. A graduate of Frostburg State University with a degree in Health and Physical Education, I spent two years there as an Assistant Field Hockey Coach.
I then continued my coaching experience for three more years at Old Dominion University in Norfolk, Va. While I was there my primary responsibilities were recruiting and coaching the freshman athletes. It was there that I gain excellent guidance and understanding what is expected of high level athletes and their fitness capabilities.
After coaching I then was involve both in the sales arena as well as personal training. It is here where I have gained the ability to work with so many different people and found my passion to help people reach their goals.
I combine all of my experiences to find what is going to work for each individual. Each client is different in personality, work ethic, fitness level, motivation, etc. so it is my job to figure out what will work best for that individual. I will treat each client with respect and dignity to get the best of them and help them experience little wins in each session.
I promise to arrive at your training session on time, and give you 110% of my attention. I will provide you with a new exciting workout each time and do my best to keep you motivated.

Your NASM Certified Personal Trainer will take the time to provide each client with a thorough fitness assessment and motivate the client to reach their individual goals. Using a combination of many fitness techniques such as, strength training, yoga, pilates, cardio, stability ball exercises, etc. to help clients build stabilization endurance, strength endurance, cardiorespiratory fitness and power.
We believe that providing a unique fitness session each and every time will not only keep you from plateauing, but will also empower you to continue a healthy lifestyle on your own.
